TwirlyGirl was launched four years ago by a mom who wanted to provide her daughters with the most fashionable dresses possible, while still remaining comfortable. Cindy, the founder, chooses all of her high-quality fabrics by hand, and all products are made in LA. As she says, “Every child on this planet is vibrant and extraordinary.
