We know you are all excited to see the new Wittlebee showroom options. Our member support team is ramping up invitations as quick as we possibly can. In the meantime here’s a sneak peek of how it works.

First, I would like to thank you for sticking with us while we had our growing pains. We want to make the experience of shopping for children’s clothes more convenient for parents. To deliver the best experience and service to our members, we are making some changes.
We decided to give you the ability to select some of the items as part of your membership each month. We are working hard to roll out this feature and within 30-60 days you’ll be able to browse our extensive catalog and help build your box. In addition to the items you select, we will feature a few brands every month that all members receive. Initially these will be featured brands like Trish Scully, Threadless and others we know you’ll love.
Starting February 1st, there will be a shipping charge of $5.99 with each monthly shipment. This is necessary to maintain a higher level of quality of our service and merchandise. To show our appreciation for existing members, we are waiving this charge until May 1st. We are also working on ways for you to earn free shipping each month by referring friends or by participating in our member sales. All new member signups before February 1st will be eligible to receive free shipping until May 1st.
We’ve been testing different types of sales recently, and we have heard that you want more! Due to overwhelming demand, we will be offering more deals, mystery bags, and exclusive sales. Moving forward, we will feature new deals every Wednesday so look out for e-mails and stay tuned to our Facebook page, as these deals sell out quickly.
For our early members, we understand these changes may take some getting used to. Please know that we’re working hard every day to deliver on our vision for Wittlebee, the original kids clothing club. We value your support and feedback and encourage you to read our new customer care center for further details.
We had our first warehouse sale this past weekend and despite a bit of bad weather on Sunday it went off with out a hitch.
